1. Return Eligibility
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original condition. Please include the original packaging, any included accessories, and proof of purchase, such as an order confirmation or receipt.
Items that have been used, damaged through customer handling after delivery, or altered without authorization may not qualify for a return.
2. Product Characteristics
Our pressed flower frames, bookmarks, sun catchers, keychains, and compact mirrors incorporate natural floral elements. Because flowers naturally vary, individual products may differ slightly in color, shape, arrangement, or decorative details.
These minor variations are part of the natural character of pressed flower products and do not automatically constitute defects. However, this does not exclude returns for products that are genuinely defective, damaged during delivery, or materially different from their descriptions.
3. Return Process
To request a return, please email service@fuhaotm.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and the reason for your request. If the item is incorrect, damaged, or defective, please attach clear photographs showing the issue.
Our team will review your request and provide further instructions if the return is approved. We will supply the appropriate return address and shipping instructions after approval. Please do not send the item back before receiving these instructions.
Pack the product securely, preferably using its original packaging. Once the returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome and arrange any approved refund or exchange.
4. Return Shipping Costs
For returns due to a change of mind or personal preference, customers are responsible for the return shipping costs.
If an item arrives damaged or defective, or if you receive an incorrect product due to an error on our part, Dooucc will cover reasonable return shipping costs. Please contact us before sending the item back so we can review the issue and provide the appropriate instructions.
5. Refunds and Processing Time
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
After we receive and inspect the returned item and approve the refund, we will process it within 5 business days. A confirmation email will be sent once the refund has been processed.
The time required for the funds to appear in your account may vary depending on your payment provider or financial institution.
6. Exchanges
We accept exchange requests. If you need to exchange an item, please contact us at service@fuhaotm.com for assistance.
7. Order Cancellations
You may request to cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase, provided that order processing has not yet begun.
To request a cancellation, email service@fuhaotm.com with your order number as soon as possible. We will check the order status and confirm whether cancellation is possible.
Once processing has begun or the order has been shipped, cancellation may no longer be available.
